COST EXCLUDES:
	Cost excludes: Effective from 31st March .14 Tourism Dirham charge of (03 Star hotels & Standard apartment – AED 10, 04 Star – AED 15,05 Star hotels & Deluxe hotel apartment – AED 20 per bedroom per night has to be paid by the client directly to the hotel / apartment in cash at the time of check-in / checkout (depending on hotel policy). Kindly ensure your clients carry the equivalent change to avoid any delay.

	Single entry UAE tourist visa for the duration of the stay + OTB ( USD 90.00 Per Pax)

Terms & conditions:-

1. Rates quoted are Nett and non-commissionable to you, travelling together & only valid for the dates specified. In case of changes in dates or number of persons the rates may vary
2. The rates are based on the best available prices available at the time of costing and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
3. We are not holding any reservations at the moment nor have we checked the availability
4. According to the hotel policy the check in time in Dubai is 15:00 hrs. and check out is before 12:00 noon. Unless specified.
5. Special requests like early check in/ late checkout, smoking, nonsmoking, views, floors, bedding, adjoining / interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.
6. All hotels in UAE take a deposit of approx. AED 250 to AED 1000 per room either in cash or by credit card (Depending on category of hotels) at the time of check-in from FIT / Groups to cover up for any extras that the client consumes during their stay at the hotel for e.g. – tell calls, laundry, WIFI, in room bar, room service etc. This amount is refunded / adjusted at the time of check out based on actual consumption / bill for extras. Hence please ensure your clients have extra cash / credit card against the same
7. Please note Snow Park do not allow children below 03 years, if any family has child below 03 year then according to the rule an adult needs to stand outside with a child.
8. Burj Khalifa show timings are strictly subject to availability at the time of ticket booking. Burj Khalifa tour once booked & cannot be cancelled & charges are non-refundable & non-transferable.
9. Visit to Burj Khalifa visit from 0830hrs to 1530hrs and then from 1830hrs to 2300hrs.  If you would like to visit Burj Khalifa between 1600hrs to 1800hrs then there will be a supplement charge USD 18 per pax applicable as the tickets price has been increased for the visitors visiting Burj Khalifa during the specified period
10. Atlantis rates are dynamic & are subject to availability at the time of booking, Atlantis reserves the right to withdraw the offer with 24 hours’ notice, kindly reconfirm the rates at the time of confirmation.

2. Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa has been applied.
3. Transfers / sightseeing  – Once booked & reconfirmed will be under 100% Cancellation

Visa application policy & conditions:-

1. Minimum 3 to 4 working days (Friday & Saturday Holidays) are required to issue a visa. Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa has been applied. Should the visa fee be increased we reserves the right to add the additional fees to the above rates without prior notice. The immigration authorities of UAE (Dubai) have the sole right to issue or refuse a visa application. We are not responsible for any refusal of visa and accordingly full visa charges would be applicable.
