The Experience:

Your exciting Hatta Mountain Safari adventure commences as we leave the bustling city of Dubai behind, cutting a swathe through the rolling desert with its changing hues to experience the thrill of dune bashing on the red sand dunes at Lahbab. Later after a brief stopover at the Carpet market we head to the Hajar mountains where canyons line our route. Enjoy an adventurous drive through winding gorges, along wadis (dry river beds) and lush landscapes. You will be rewarded by scenes of some of the roughest, most dramatic terrain in the country, starkly beautiful in their majestic expanse and splendor. The magnitude and the variety of colorful rock formation found on these mountains are comparable to the magnificent Grand Canyon in the USA. There is the chance (depending on the rainfall and season) of a refreshing swim in one of the crystal clear pools before you continue to the Hatta Heritage Village to view the restored 16th century fort which also houses a museum providing a fascinating historical insight of the area .  Enjoy lunch at the Hatta Fort Hotel before heading back to Dubai

The trip involves desert & off-road driving. Our professional drivers are desert & off -road driving trained, safari vehicles are insured, 4wd Toyota Land-cruisers, all fitted with A/C, seat belts and roll bars, licensed to carry 6 passengers, excluding the driver. Passengers are required to wear seat belts during the Hatta Mountain Safari Tour.

	Confirmation will be received at time of making the booking
	Pregnant ladies, People with back problems, senior citizens with heart conditions & Infants under 03 years are not recommended for this excursion
	Children are considered from ages 03 till 08 years
	Guests on tourist / visit visa to UAE must carry their valid, original passport and UAE residence visa holders can either carry their valid, original passport or valid UAE Labour card to show at the check-point as we pass through Omani territory
	Seats are not pre-allocated and therefore provided on a first come first serve basis

Dress-Code:
Lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months. Having good quality sunglasses, sunscreen and hat are advisable when in direct sunlight. Dubai has conservative dress traditions. Men and women should ensure shoulders and knees are covered when in public.

Photography:
Normal tourist photography is acceptable, but it is considered offensive to photograph Arab women. It is also courteous to ask permission before photographing men. Photographs of government buildings or military installations are not allowed.
